    Sports Ministry

I'm still trying to get our sports ministry off the ground.

I do however have it set up right now under our small groups ministry so if we have lay leaders that go and post attendance, they can do it through weblink without having to give a bunch of people F1 user accounts.

What else are you hoping to have set up for your sports ministry?

    Re: Sports Ministry

We have our Sports Ministry set up through F1.  At first, it took some trial and error to figure out the best way for it to work for our sports leagues.  But, after a few tries, we've got it figured out pretty well now.

When you're thinking about setting your Sports Ministry, a couple of things to think about are (1) what kind of reports do you need (rosters, team lists, jersey lists, etc), (2) how much time do you and your staff have for processing the administrative side and (3) what activities do you wish to run through F1.  For us, we run our major leagues (Soccer, Basketball, Baseball/Softball, and summer camps) through F1 but do not run our smaller leagues (Ultimate Frisbee, Adult Early Risers Basketball) through the system.

If you would like more info on how we run them here, feel free to contact me at (865) 291-5264 or katiesmith@cspc.net.

    good luck!
