launching the check in software - HELP - checks for available updates forever!

    launching the check in software - HELP - checks for available updates forever!

    I need help. When we turn on our kiosks or laptops and start our F1 Check in it goes to checking for availalbe updates. It sits on this screen for anywhere from 5 minutes to typically 30 or MORE. Does anyone else have this problem? Are we missing something???

    Yes. We had the problem Tue and Wed. No clear answer from support.

    Our children's ministry experienced this problem on Wednesday as well.
