Deleting a Contribution

    Deleting a Contribution

    I'm a newbie to FellowshipOne.  I've looked for documentation on how to delete a single contribution, but having difficulty finding/figuring out the procedure (at least from the Portal).   Is this possible through through the portal?  Or is this only possible through the Fellowship One Contribution stand alone application?

    At this time, you can unmatch, edit, and reverse individual contributions from the portal. In order to delete it completely, you have to open the batch in the contributions application and then delete it from the detailed list that populates on the right side. Thanks!

    I've not been able to figure that one out either. The workaround that I do is to change the donor on the one I'm trying to delete to the organization "Loose Cash" (which I use for all loose cash in the offering each week.)  Then, I have to create a "dummy" account and routing number for loose cash.  (We use the account name "loosecash" and the routing number 0.)  I change the amount to zero and make these other changes and it effectively disappears.
