I have read that you can transfer a contact to a small group leader even if they are not a portal user. I looked on the EUniversity and found a contact video that shows that you can link a small group RLC to a contact, but nowhere have I been able to find *how* to do this. Can anyone tell me how to link a small group to a contact item?

 When you define your small group in the RLC page there is a weblink settings option called "Share Contacts with Groups".  check this option for each small group you plan to share contacts with.

 Then when you work your contacts list and click the "manage" link and edit a contact item you can choose the "Share with group" drop down menu to choose which small group will received the contact item.
