    Contact forms and Attendance

Our church uses communication cards to track attendance, get prayer requests, request information, and now sign up for upcoming events (which works GREAT by the way). I then create a contact form based on this upcoming weeks communication card (these will change every week).

Is there a way to get FellowshipOne to automatically have a person that filled out the card also attend the service in which the card was filled out?

I agree, I would love to see a little dot up their on the activity chart to coorespond with a completed contact form.  This is evidence of activity and attendance...and should be reflected. Other staff memebers may not know to look at attributes...and attribute dates are not visible at first look

    Re: Contact forms and Attendance

Our Contact forms (we call them communication cards) change with every weekend service because we have people check off a box that the will memorize a scripture that applies to the message of that weekend. So if a dot showed up per contact form our chart would become quite large quickly.

Because the contact form can have an activity that can be attached to it, and the fact that you can dictate which activity/time the contact form applies to I was hoping it would just put Post that name in the attendance roster for the activity/time currently applied to the contact form
