    Outlook Contacts Interface?

    We are curious how anyone else is interfacing Outlook with F1 membership info in terms of making the contact information available through Outlook?

    We have MS Exchange and our plan (in development now) is to build an interface to pull membership data into Exchange Global Address book, but we are also entertaining moving to GMAIL instead of Exchange which would be a totally different platform, etc...

     

    Ideally we would like if there was an option to somehow directly sync??

    Hi GGraham,

    Right now, we use report #A1035E to export our membership and then import it into Outlook.

    How do you deal with duplicates doing it this way? Once you dump it - when you did that again do you tell it to not duplicate based on something like phone or email? But what if that data changes for a person?

    Is there anyway to import data from Outlook into F1???

    We are considering using Fellowship One as well, but the ability to import information is crucial. Is it possible to import group vCards?
