Shawn, I'm actually working on that right now and learning as I go. Under Admin, Contact Setup - Create a Contact Form by creating the appropriate Contact Type and adding the necessary Contact Items.
Then run report A8010 to get the Weblink Setup Codes for that form.

I just set it up in an iFrame for now. With contact forms, you do not have to create an account like you do w/ weblink forms, but you do still have to give a fair amount of information.
