Our church usually has up to 7 Christmas Eve Services.  I was wondering how other churches add these to your activity schedule for your worship services in Fellowship One and how long you keep these activity schedules.  At our church if we have to add 7 activity schedules (1 for each service time) and we don't delete these every year, our activity schedules pile up and are a bear.  Do you delete them or do you leave them there all the time?  There doesn't seem to be a way to make them inactive.

For our Easter Services we have this problem, (we don't have children's on Christmas Eve), with several additional services. We add additional schedules within F1, and not activities. After the event is over, we leave them in, and when we get to the next year it is already set up.
