I believe it is just as important to thank the staff at F1 for what you are doing right as it is important to tell you what needs improvement.
My experience with the online support has been really good. I just submitted a support ticket to Data Services at 9:28 a.m. this morning and Jeff sent me a ticket back at 9:40 a.m. telling me that my request has been completed. I love this! Thanks Jeff!
Also, the report builders that I have worked with all have been very helpful. I can tell they truly want to help me and I love working with them too. People like Wil and Winetta really stick out to me as people who go above and beyond at F1.
So, thank you for what you are doing.
