    Looking for a report

    I'm hoping someone can recommend a report for me.

     We would like to clean up our database and relabel those individuals (no matter the status)  that have not attended (any event) in the past 365 days.

    It would be great if this report could create a Temporary Group so that I could do a  Mass Action status change on.

    There is a report that does that. P8520. The report library is down right now.  I do not remember if it creates a temporary group.  If not request an enhancement and they will do it.  This was written for Bayside Church. You may need to request Fellowship make it available for your church code. We use the report quarterly.  The report looks for anyone in the household with the selected filters. We treat households with the same status as much as possible. It keeps things simple.

    M1099E also works.  It can be saved as a Temporary Group.  It pulls any status that has not attended any of the selected ministries in the time frame you choose.
