Thanks, but the problem is we run the M1065 report to match the daily entries to the daily deposits. If we enter cash/check payments that aren't there, then the report won't match the deposit. We're trying to come up with a way to make it work, though.

You should be able to add new submissions and choose cash or check as the form of payment..Page 178-180 in the Weblink guide explains how to do this. We have folks that register online but alot that aren't comfortable with that option. We just enter them in manually and choose cash or check. Then your people totals and money totals should stay accurate.

Down Payments/No Payment Option for Weblink Forms

The recent update that removed the $0 down payment option has really hurt us in using Weblink Forms for a couple of our ministries. We run all of our registrations through Weblink, including those that are submitted in paper form and those submitted over the phone. For the ones submitted over the phone, the parent will be sending in a check. But, in order to have an accurate number of registrations, we need to get the forms entered. What we would do is put the down payment option of $0 in the form to help us with this issue.

The only option I can think of now is to put a promo code for 100% discount. The only problem with that is once the promo code is entered, the entire form will need to be removed and reentered in order to post the payment.

Any ideas??????? We're in a HUGE mess!
