We have been using F1 for over a year now, very effectively, for managing our Food Pantry outreach at another site.  We have used "Food Box" in place of room, etc.

Two things would be helpful to keep this system useful for Food Pantry outreach:

1. Give the option to display the picture at check-in

2. Give the option to display the last date that an event was attended.

Displaying pictures through the check in application is definitely on our to do list.  I haven't heard a request for last attendance record to be displayed through the check in application but I can see how that would benefit more than just a food pantry situation.  We do have some reports that you can run in the short term that will show you people that have "attended" your food pantry activity within any date range you determine.  You would have to print it off or have it available for reference.  You are probably already doing something like that so  I am sure that doesn't help you out very much.  Thank you for  taking care of the poor and needy in your area.  I just wanted you to know that you doing what you do makes me feel better about my job because I feel like I am also helping them indirectly.  God Bless! 

Also you might want to submit a support ticket about the last check in date and ask that it be added in as an enhancement request.  Check in will be changing dramatically over the next year or two and this could be added.

I know it has been several years since anyone posted to this thread....but I would love to hear in detail how this food pantry works using F1, especially how you keep track of inventory in Fellowship One.  Please contact me, I would love to know more!
