Hi Michael,
Currently, our contact system will only email small group leaders. Fellowship One users do not get an email notification. Group leaders get notified by email two ways:
- If a person uses the Group Finder tool to locate the a small group and enter his/her contact information. This information is emailed to the group leader.
- If a staff member or volunteer has Fellowship One access, they can choose to share a contact with a small group leader. When the staff member chooses to share a contact with a group leader, an email is sent with the contact details.
The group leader does not need to sign into the Group Manager to see his/her contact information as it is emailed to them. Hope this helps!
