    E-mail group leader when someone signs up

    I'm wondering if there's a function where when a person signs-up in the contact form, that an email will be sent to the respective group leaders to inform them that to contact the enquirer?
     
    My understanding is (tell me if I'm wrong) the contact will only show up if and when the group leader signs into the Group Manager section and into 'view contact'?
     
    Surely there's a more efficient way of doing it. But what? Any suggestions/ help will be appreciated!

    YES! You can definitely have an email automatically sent to the group leader when someone uses the small group finder.

    To make this work, you must have your small groups set at the RLC level. When you set up the small group in Rooms & Locations there is a little box that says, "share contacts with group." Just check this box and the email will automatically be sent.
