    Best Practice for saving emails

FT - Please let us know the official best practice for saving emails. If everyone is to have their own individual email address then who's email should be saved to the household?

    Thanks!

Re: Best Practice for saving emails

We make the spouse email if present the household email on the principle that mom's are more involved with kids. If spouse email is not present then we make the head email the household email. As we do group emails we do see spouse's that do not pass the email to the head.  We give them a NO attribute and exclude from future Men's mailings. This gives us the best reach for both adults and kids.

Thanks Dan! Missed you at the conference!

We also add the spouse email as head and then save the spouse email to them individually. This adds the email twice. I'm wondering what this will look like in the near future with groups 2.0? I'd love for Fellowship Tech to give us their official recommended best practice on this . . .
