We are finding the email restrictions, size and attachment, so restrictive that it is forcing us to maintain both Exchange and F1 lists. It would seem logical that F1 should have the capability to be the one db for email and other congregant information.

Has anyone solved this by either process or some trick in F1?

Unfortunately we are experiencing the same issue with Group Email. Only having the ability to send 1 attachment at a relatively small size (512KB) is restrictive. Most of our group emails can be sent through F1 but occasionally I have to send multiple attachments through Outlook which is defeating the purpose of one database for email. Please consider enhancing this area.

ditto ditto ditto ditto!!!!!!!  limiting to one attachment is crazy.  Has anyone posted this as an "idea" yet, so it can get voted on and move up the process ladder?
