    labels

    After selecting Avery 5160 labels, my label info does not line up properly. Help!

    Make sure that the "shrink to printable area" is not selected... see video: http://screencast.com/t/H9Y3bgJ7Lt

    This initially happened to us as well and we discovered that we just needed to make a setting change in Adobe and it permanently 'fixed' our label placement problem!

    Open label report in Adobe.  Click on File - Print.  Then locate 'Page Handling' and change 'Page Scaling' to "NONE"
