You must have write permission to all the ministries that have an activity in the super checkin. Having write permission to only one of the ministries that shares a super checkin does not provide you with the edit/delete or add activity functionality.

The P1000E report will also give you the names you need in a temporary group that you can then perform the view children of function using the actions menu. if you are going to do this on a weekly basis it can save you time over query builder.

There is an output type drop down and you will choose Temporary Group

you can use the A2800E report to pull communication values if you want work with PhoneTree as a provider of bulk sms services. if you just need an output of mobile phone numbers for a third party tool you can use the P1112E report.
