Good news... you can create any label format yourself. To do this, go into Reporting and click the tab named Label Styles; once you are on this page you will see a button that says New Label Style. On this page you can either use an existing label format or create your own; to create your own just answer all the margin and pitch ...

As long as the person was added to the database under a new household, the code on the name tag begins with a ''V''; name tags never start with a ''V'' if they are not new to the database.

@rlee, good catch! I have submitted this to the dev team and they will correct this. Unfortunately it is too late to get it resolved before our release tonight and not critical enough to delay the release.
-
@bpeterson, yes it will automatically add the +4
-
@kfox, we are still on track for a 9/22 release
-
@adinaj, you can no longer enter a household email on initial data entry, but you can add one once the household has been created.
-
@styler @adinaj, we have made a few changes and you should be able to modify an address and make it previous. Give it a try and let me know if we are still missing something.
-
@adinaj, the merging issue you brought up sounds like a bug. I have forwarded it to the support team, but they aren't sure who to contact (all we know is adinaj). Will you please contact them to get this issue corrected. Thanks.

@aroupp, feel free to save an address as 'unverified' if you are confident in it; we don't currently offer CASS or any sort of postal savings so presently the real value of this solution is to help you get valid data into the system. PS - I would expect that 351 without the H should be valid if that is what the address cleansing solution is ...

@MarkRust @KFox, we believe we have fixed the issue where the city name is appended to address line 1
-
@SherryD I wish I knew for sure. End of the year does sound reasonable based on the new momentum I'm seeing.

Anytime we change any aspect or behavior of our product we will get push back from someone who doesn't agree; I know it may be hard to believe with the current scenario, but trust me. Consequently we are forced to create a configuration situation, allowing you to define how something behaves. Suddenly the fix isn't as quick and we ...

We ran the app through some testing tools that Apple provides and found a number of ''opportunities for improvement''. We are currently working through that list. I am told that it will be solidified in the next few weeks. Sigh.
PS - I can't wait to swipe through as well.

Ooohh, the ''makeover''. That is actually a different topic all together. We will be highlighting more in the coming weeks, but in a nutshell this is a complete site redesign; not functional. We are working for consistency, additional space on the screen so we can add those contextual elements (like pie charts) and a cleaner ...

Sorry if we actually gave you a timeline expectation, we didn't mean to. To update you, we are witnessing our beta churches struggling with set up and missing a few key pieces. We don't want another solution like ''Activity'' which requires quite a bit of education and is easy to set up incorrectly, consequently the ACE team is asking that a ...

You can lock an entire activity down, but you can't lock one or more rooms down this way. The best option I would see would be to create a 2nd activity, lock it down (under Assignment Attributes make sure that Required is set to Always), and then tie the two activities together through a Super Check-in. This will create a new check-in ...

I was making the assumption that any church that wanted to see a laundry list of everyone would only have a few hundred records. Peter is right, reporting will work much better when dealing with 1000's of records. Sorry for any confusion.
-
You can use query builder very easily to get this. Check out the following video to explain: http://screencast.com/t/uf9fvHwfBfJ

For the same activity... yes.

Release timing is impossible to say. The only time I can give you a date is when the solution is complete and we are simply looking for a window to release. In this case, I am seeing quite a few issues that need to be investigated and corrected prior to going public with it, so we have at least one more round with the development team. ...
