We are in the discussion of creating an online membership directory as a part of a website that would also be for connecting members together. We would be posting the information for each member on on the website (address, phone number, email), and the website would only be available to members and regular attenders via an individual account ...

I don't know if it's possible, but it is definitely something that would be nice! I get that question a lot from some of our portal users.

We have our Sports Ministry set up through F1. At first, it took some trial and error to figure out the best way for it to work for our sports leagues. But, after a few tries, we've got it figured out pretty well now.
When you're thinking about setting your Sports Ministry, a couple of things to think about are (1) what kind of ...

Is there a way we can delete an existing Temporary Group prior to the 3 day period? I didn't see a way to delete it, and having it in the list of available groups to email could pose a problem if we accidentally chose that group instead of our intended group.
Thanks for any info you can send this way,
Katie, Cedar Springs Presbyterian ...

We have a project about to begin where people are being asked to contribute a set amount ($35) to a child in a foreign country on an ongoing basis. We want to allow people to use the online giving feature for this, but want to be able to automatically populate the donation amount field.
Does anyone know if this is a ...

OK-have I been completely out of it or has the ability to put maximum room capacities gone away from RLC set-up? I'm needing to put a maximum capacity in a room and have it cut off assignments to the room once the maximum capacity has been reached.
Any thoughts?

Thanks, but the problem is we run the M1065 report to match the daily entries to the daily deposits. If we enter cash/check payments that aren't there, then the report won't match the deposit. We're trying to come up with a way to make it work, though.
Thanks for the info,
Katie, CSPC

The recent update that removed the $0 down payment option has really hurt us in using Weblink Forms for a couple of our ministries. We run all of our registrations through Weblink, including those that are submitted in paper form and those submitted over the phone. For the ones submitted over the phone, the parent will be sending in a ...

Thank you for your quick response to this and for this info. I only hope that FT becomes more proactive on mailing issues such as this. USPS regulations affect all of us, not just businesses.
Thanks again,

What about individuals? The report that we send to our outside company will have to be by individual. Some of the changes we will receive will be for a particular individual, while others will be for the household address. Will F1 be able to apply the changes to the proper address fields?
Thanks!

Donita,
One report that autozip.com will send you is the CASS certification report. From what I can tell, this can come to you in a .csv file. If I were you, I would contact Lance Dacy at F1 and ask him if they could then take that report and import it into your database, thus linking the addresses to the already existing ...

We found a company online called autozip.com. They charge $2.75 per 1,000 records, and that is for CASS, DPV, and NCOA verifications. Also, we've discovered that F1 does house the Carrier Route in the ''old view''. However, you can't see it in the new view and, when you run a query, you have to run it as ''Household address does ...

Just in case you aren't aware of this, ANY ORGANIZATION that sends bulk mailings MUST HAVE the zip+4 code on mailings no later than November 23rd in order to comply with USPS regulations. In F1 (and if you have the Enterprise edition), your address will verify if it is entered through the New View screen. Any addresses that are entered ...

We are just now delving into the world of staff schedules. We have a guest reception each Sunday morning, and there is a group of volunteers who are scheduled to work. The person that has been in charge of scheduling this usually takes 1/2 of the group and schedules them for a three month period (each couple usually only works 1 or 2 ...
