• Multiple Christmas Services

Our church usually has up to 7 Christmas Eve Services. I was wondering how other churches add these to your activity schedule for your worship services in Fellowship One and how long you keep these activity schedules. At our church if we have to add 7 activity schedules (1 for each service time) and we don't delete these every year, ...

  • Re: Angel Tree Tags - using barcodes to track

We love this idea of using fellowship one attributes to track these. Do you have any ideas of how to effectively but quickly enter this information after a Sunday morning service of 3500 people where there are no lines to wait in? We do not like the idea of having portal open in the middle of our large atrium for people to look over ...

  • Re: How do you schedule your volunteers?

We have a couple of ways we schedule people. We don't always use Fellowship One to keep up with the schedules that we have. A lot of our ministries use an Excel spreadsheet instead of Fellowship One. It just doesn't give us the options we need for all of our ministries. Our prayer team has a ''Not commited to a schedule'' ...

  • Re: Groups 2.0 Released

We were told we could be put in the phase 3 implementation of the beta in mid to late July. We still are waiting to be added to the beta. I think there were some issues that they wanted to resolve before adding any more churches. Sometimes it pays to not be on the ''bleeding'' edge of technology when there are bugs to work ...

Hi Cara, No I have not been able to get anywhere on this issue. We spoke with Fellowship One and tried to get in on the groups 2.0 beta because we thought that would be exactly what we needed for our teams. We were told we could have it installed when they did their phase 3 implementation of churches which was supposed to be mid to ...

Thanks for your input! I have one more question....do you have a certain status you put on families that you help for benevolence that do not regularly attend your church? We are looking at creating a status sort of an ''inactive attender'' (but we don't like that term). Let me know if you do. Thanks!
