• Re: Relationships?

I would like to know about this too... Does the relationship only show up when you runn a report or can you see it on someone's profile? I haven't ventured into this area but it would be so helpful if you could see it that way... More info on how other churches use it would be helpful! Rachel *~-.,.-~*~-.,.-~*~-.,.-~*~-.,.-~*~-.,.-~*Rachel ...

  • Re: Fun & Creative Integration Codes?

Thanks for responding, Crystal! We have set up two ''small group managers'' within our system for each campus... One for our Life Group Ministry and one for our Church Wide Events Ministry. The Life Groups are set up with coaches (at the Activity Grouping name and Super Group Leaders at the Sub Group status. Then we have each of the individual ...

  • Fun & Creative Integration Codes?

Does anyone else have any fun codes that they have written for ways to integrate F1 with their church website? We were under the impression that this would be easier to integrate and hoping that with the new API coming out that we wouldn't have to put a lot of hours and man power into creating something from scratch... Anyone have any ...

  • How do you track deceased people?

Recently, we have experienced rapid growth in our church (and became the 44th fastest growing church in the nation)... This is fantastic and I pray that the Lord continues to make Himself more clear to people and more and more come to know who Jesus is through Quest. Now, the tricky part is that we no longer know everyone and their families ...

  • Re: Groups 2.0

Me too! Since we started looking at Fellowship One a year ago to signing on and implementation, I have been hearing rumors of this transition. I know that our church took a few steps back from what we had when we made the decision to go with F1 and I am looking forward to increasing the usability of the internet and our life groups/serving ...

  • Re: F1 Bug

We had an issue this week with one of the addresses we tried to put in. It COMPLETELY changed the address... All the sudden we had a new person who lived at the Richmond Mall. I created a support ticket and they didn't have a soln for me. I just made a note in their profile. Any body else have a better solution for keeping track of these issues so ...

  • Re: F1 Bug

Thanks! I noticed this too... Our Data Entry person tried a couple of different ways to get it to stay and found that sometimes she can put it in the Address 2 line... I hope that it gets corrected soon!

  • re: Household/Individual 2.0 - more than just a pretty face!

There are lots of things that I really like about this new look! Thanks for all of your hard work! One thing that I we would love to see is a listing of the participant assignments that a person has instead of the graph (that take a long time to load)... Could they be switched around and you click on a link to get to the graph? Also- all the ...

  • Re: Tracking Worship Service Attendance

We have our Producers do a head count of the auditorium and then the Assistant Producer counts the atrium and the cafe areas too, then we add in the kids numbers (which are the only numbers we keep in F1). We do this for each of our services and campuses and then have a total for each. Then we have a grand total for our whole church. I do tracking ...
