  • What private info is okay to include?

    Does anyone have a written policy that they would be willing to share on what information may or may not be entered into Contacts and Notes or Relationship Manager in Fellowship One?     I would also like to see contact notification emails sent to staff members who receive contacts when one is assigned to them in the portal.  Although, I still think they may need prompting again to check them and follow up.  We send out a weekly report listing everyone who has open/in progress contacts or volunteer pipeline items to ...

  • Tracking other contacts

    I need some clarification on what constitutes ''contact''.  Here we have been challenged to appreciate 5 people in our church each week.  This can include emailing, calling, or sending them a note.  Is this something that should be entered into F1?  Is it a contact?  Is it a note?  Or should this not be recorded in F1 ...

  • Setting up contact forms for multiple sites

    Anyone else setting up contact forms for a church running multiple campuses? We currently have 6 campuses and the way we are set up now we have our contact forms (such as the form visitors fill out in worship) duplicated for every campus.
