I would like to be able to run a report of active check-in's. Is this something I can do. I know I can login into the FO website and see them under ministry and then active check-in's but I want to run a report for each class so they know who is checked in and who is not, this will also help with check out. any suggestions on what report I should ...

We are moving towards Self check in for our kids ministries. For those of you who are already using self check in....what do you know now that you wish you had known at the start of your process? I'd appreciate any advice you would like to offer!

We are the VERY green church and about to embark on check in. I am curious to find out how other users who have done this implemented a good test base. In the manual, it suggests setting up activity schedules with recurrences. From what I can see this would not be an ideal appraoch but maybe I am not understanding this.

We recently started using Self Check In. We have a separate student building so kids are coming over w/out their parent (and the parent has the key tag.) I should know this by now, but I'm wondering if it's changed since I first came on board with Fellowship. Does a participant assignment still override a volunteer assignment?

In the massive amount of reading I did early on I recall seeing a paper on securing a check-in station. Does anyone have a pointer to a paper like that?
How are you securing your check-in stations? How would you do it if you did not have reliable access to a domain?

I like your suggestion of tracking attendance with just a laptop. We are averaging about 115 youth a week, so having a couple of volunteers logging attendance may be doable. I do use ''post attendance'' for all of our ...

I need help. When we turn on our kiosks or laptops and start our F1 Check in it goes to checking for availalbe updates. It sits on this screen for anywhere from 5 minutes to typically 30 or MORE. Does anyone else have this problem? Are we missing something???

Does anyone have any advice on how to handle children that come with multipal families?
Example: Jimmy comes with Bob & Sally week one. Jimmy comes with Dan & Laura the next week. So now Jimmy is in there twice under 2 families, non of which are his actual parents.

I can see what you're trying to accomplish by having a visual attendance report. Another option which other churches are doing is to run an Attendance Roster report such as the M1025 about 15-20 minutes after the service has started. This would show exactly who is in attendance. These can be ...

I would like to hear from other sites how you handle staffing your kiosks for weekday and weeknight events. Is the ministry hosting the event responsible for checking in their participants? Who handles caregiving? What if you have multiple events checking in at the same time?

We are in the process of getting our volunteers to checkin using self checkin. We have keytags with the volunteers name and barcode on it. What I am trying to figure out is the easiest and most effective way to give staffing assignments to volunteers when not everyone serves using the same schedule.

We are looking for ways to boost our check in numbers for our two youth groups. We have both a Jr. High and a Sr. High group which meet on different nights.
