  • Simpler "create account" form for wide area registrations?

We often have events at our church that bring people from other churches who do not wish to provide (and we don't want) all the detail asked for on the standard ''create account'' form.  Is there another ''create account'' form that would allow people to log in and register for an event without us asking for information only required for our ...

  • Event Managment

We recently offered Women of Faith Tickets on our website.  With WOF there are many purchase options (i.e., pkg a, b, c ,d, pre-conference, premium seat, standard seat, boxed lunch).  I have yet to find a report to help me truly analyze the data.  I would like to be able to run a report to find out how many of each option have been ...

  • Re: Event Regs adds peeps to Group

Yes, you can add them to a group - but it's not automatic. I still encourage Activity Association - particularly if you want to run rosters or use Check-in or Post Attendance. This makes the activity run much smoother. If you're not taking attendance, you can skip the association. Run one of the registration reports (most of them are in the M6000 ...

  • Event Regs adds peeps to Group

We are doing our first web enabled event registration.  Lots of options, love it.  But is there any way to add the registrars to a Group instead of creating an Activity Association?  We're using Groups for almost everything now and would love to keep it for Events too.  If there's a trick, I would love to see it, thanks.

  • Confirmation Codes after successful event registration

Hi, Does anyone know of a report or way to pull the confirmation codes that are given to the registrant when they register online through weblinks?  I know I can go to ''View Submissions'' under the weblinks tab.  I am looking for a report that would give me this information for each person registered.  Does anyone use these ...

  • Golf Tournament Registration?

We have an annual golf tournament to raise money for our youth missions department. This is our largest fundraiser of the year. We usually have about 120 players. This will be our first year with F1 and I am excited to be able to do all of the registration online. The tournament isn't until May, but I want to get a head start on setting this up. ...

  • VBS Registration Using Weblink

Part 1:  We used online registration through Weblink for the first time this summer. We were able to capture all the information we wanted through the online form, as well as place kids in 'holding tanks' based on their grade until it was time to move them onto specific teams. This part was great. Unfortunately, the information we ...

  • Event Registration

We want to start using fellowship one to let people sign up for events.  But we have a few questions.  We want to be able to track their contact info as well as a few other attributes associated with the event.  For example we want to have people sign up and include their mode of transportation.  We then would like to run a ...

  • Volunteers who need to pay...

We have some events where our volunteers have to pay a fee (i.e. kids camp).  With or without using weblink what's a good way to verify that the volunteer is registered and payed and can check in.  It seems as though if we let them register through weblink they will then be participants (and won't qualify for the event based on age) but ...

  • Re: Scholarships and Fundraisers

We use the promotion code for both the scholarship and fundraiser purpose. Here is our process Scholarships: Our students fill out a sholarship application; once we have approved their application, I create a promotional code for that person and they enter this code when completing their registration. (I usually use their last name as their ...

  • Re: Logging out of WebLink account on Public Computers

F1 is probably using session id’s in cookies to maintain log in state. The easiest way to clear those is by closing the browser window.

  • Logging out of WebLink account on Public Computers

We are running into the issue that when someone registers for an event and then closes the window when the next person steps up to use the same computer and goes into an event registration, they open up the previous person's account and there is no way to ''log out''.  Does anyone have any suggestions for how to log out of your WebLink acount ...

  • friends signing up friends in weblink

Is anyone else having this problem?  I've had it happen for two different events now.  I'm having one person create a weblink account and then they add their frinds to their account as part of their family. I'm guessing that they are doing this for one of two reasons.  1) If the event is free, then they are doing it ...

We too are facing a similar situation!  We are expecting approx 800 kids who will be placed in 40 different small groups (up to 20 kids in a group)   We have looked at what type of information we want to be able to get out of F1 once camp is over, so because of this we have broken camp into four activity groups (Preschool, ...

  • Setting Up Complicated Payment Schedule

I have come up with a solution as how to do this, but I would like to hear the "professional" opinion on the best way to go about this:  We are setting up the yearly youth ski trip and here is how the payments are set-up:   Deposit: $75 for no activities (leaders & chaperones who chose not to ski or snowboard), $110 for ...
