Put me on the request list for your structured Champion Team Meeting Agenda. you made it sound very invited as you noticed.  We are implementing F1 currently and we have held weekly CTM meetings with the agenda to do many things to prepare for our go live date.  I am very interested in keeping the meeting going but ...

  • Re: Volunteer access to the portal...do you give this away easily?

Yes.  That does help.  I hope other churches will respond like you have.   I would really like to implement that type volunteer access that you currently are using.  Thank you!

  • Volunteer access to the portal...do you give this away easily?

Hello everyone - I would like to know how your church handles portal access control.  We have a large church and we rely upon volunteers quite a bit to help us out (as I am sure each of you do as well).  The problem I am having is that I feel like too many volunteers are getting access to the database to do small tasks for staff ...

  • Using F1 at different locations

Our church is getting ready to launch several satellite locations and we are trying to think of how the best way to use F1 would be with different locations..  Does anyone have any suggestions or already use F1 with Satellite locations?  I would love to hear how it works for your church.  Thanks in advance for any insight you may ...

  • Staff Birthdays on the Home Page

Does anyone know of a way to automatically post staff birthdays in the ''Birthday'' area on the Home Page for the current month, rather than the default of only two weeks ahead?  Thanks for any suggestions you can give!

  • F1 Multi-Site administration

We are getting ready to launch our second site and I need to create the administration plan for F1 usage at both sites.  Our two sites will be about an hour apart, so I don't know how much crossover we will have between the two congregations. What works WELL for multi-site implementation?  (different status's, different ...

  • Re: Problems assigning sub-status

csimmons:As to the bug that is mentioned here, it is a known bug. Issues like this are tracked and addressed within the F1 support tool. Admittedly we have a backlog of bugs to release. Many are fixed and going through the QA process. We were held up from releasing them while we upgraded to .NET 2.0.  We completed that effort last week so we ...

  • Returned/Rejected E-mail : Best Practice?

Howdy, I am wondering what other churches are doing in regards to returned or rejected e-mails? For example, this morning I sent an e-mail inviting 1,600+ men to a Men's Summit we are hosting this Friday and several hundred of these kicked back to me. What are others doing to combat this? Are others even having this issue? I ...

  • Communication Preferences - Any Ideas?

In January, we want to switch from a paper newsletter to an html version and send it to our volunteers and families. We want to give families without computers or access to email the opportunity to have their newsletter mailed to them. At this point we are pre-weblink and in my ministry (Children's) we have about 900+ individuals and when I ...

  • Re: Where to store family's Mailbox Number?

Hi Doug, There are a few options in Fellowship One that will allow you to associate that Church Mailbox Number with the entire family.  Since this is an actual address for the family, we should add it as an address at the household level.  The trick is to pick an one of the 8 address types in Fellowship One that you ...

  • Using a theater

We are opening our first multi-site location at a theater.  Anyone have dos/don'ts about using movie theaters for church sites? We also use F1 ChMS and will be using F1 check-in, has anyone had problems storing computers in trailers during the week etc.   Thanks   Mark
