OK-have I been completely out of it or has the ability to put maximum room capacities gone away from RLC set-up? I'm needing to put a maximum capacity in a room and have it cut off assignments to the room once the maximum capacity has been reached.
Any thoughts?

What is the advantage of having an assignment vs. tracking attendance only?
We strictly take attendance from check-in. We don't print assignment rosters and it's really something that I have to ''clean up'' every three months.

We have an annual golf tournament to raise money for our youth missions department. This is our largest fundraiser of the year. We usually have about 120 players. You can handle this using two different methods as outlined below:
You can create a different Activity specifically for Saturday night's room structures and age groups.
You can keep the Activity as is and have all of the rooms open on Saturday night. When children are checked into a room that is combined into ...

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accept multiple payments for a summer camp registration. They can select to pay only the deposit during registration but we are trying to figure out how to accept the other multiple payments that they need to pay. We want everything to be handled online.

At our Church the nursery wing is fully staffed and usually all rooms are open on Sundays, but only a few rooms are open during our Saturday evening worship services.
