  • Reviewing closed contacts

Hey, What's the best way to see all the contacts that are closed each day in one place for the whole church?  We are implementing quality assurance to make sure we're providing excellent service to the people behind the contacts.  However, I can't find a report that will show me those contacts with only the comments that apply to those ...

  • Re: Outlook Ready File

David, You can actually get this file within a group. Simply display your group (People > Groups > View All and then click the group name). Click the check box in the header bar and then click the Actions gear at the bottom of the list. Click Export > One record per individual. You can save the Excel spreadsheet on your computer and then ...

  • Benevolence Contacts and Notes

I would like to hear how other churches handle their benevolence ministry in Fellowship One.  We are trying to setup a process where our Benevolence person has some volunteer helpers who have an F1 portal login.  We want our volunteers to be able to help contact the families that have asked for help whether it is financial related or ...

  • Re: Outlook Contacts Interface?

We are considering using Fellowship One as well, but the ability to import information is crucial. Is it possible to import group vCards?

  • Re: Contact forms and Attendance

I agree, I would love to see a little dot up their on the activity chart to coorespond with a completed contact form.  This is evidence of activity and attendance...and should be reflected. Other staff memebers may not know to look at attributes...and attribute dates are not visible at first look

  • mass Emailing to Contacts

Ok, I am a little stuck.  I want to be able to send a mass email to several of my new believer contacts.  Each week we get a dozen or so people who are new believers who would like information.  I want to be able to select them from my contact list and send them an email.  Unfortunately, the options seem to be- export to label ...

  • Add Embed Form Feature?

It sure would be nice if I could embed contact forms in my web pages, rather than having to put links out to the forms.  Just simplifies it for the viewer.  And that's who I want to make it easy on.

  • What private info is okay to include?

Does anyone have a written policy that they would be willing to share on what information may or may not be entered into Contacts and Notes or Relationship Manager in Fellowship One? Do you have some information that is locked away and not entered? Thanks for your help! Debbie Doell debbied@cornerstoneweb.org

  • Contact forms and Attendance

Our church uses communication cards to track attendance, get prayer requests, request information, and now sign up for upcoming events (which works GREAT by the way). I then create a contact form based on this upcoming weeks communication card (these will change every week). Is there a way to get FellowshipOne to automatically have a person that ...

  • Re: Contact notification via email?

I would also like to see contact notification emails sent to staff members who receive contacts when one is assigned to them in the portal.  Although, I still think they may need prompting again to check them and follow up.  We send out a weekly report listing everyone who has open/in progress contacts or volunteer pipeline items to ...

  • Re: Contacts

Hi Sharon, There are a couple of things to consider here: 1. Will this person (or role) always be doing all of these items?  If so, then it may be sufficient to create only one contact item that combines all 3 tasks. For example, if its a 1st visit contact where a letter is sent, a coffee cup is given, and a call is made as three separate ...

  • Re: Tracking other contacts

OK -- since no one else is replying -- I thought I'd go ahead and post what we decided to do.  Maybe someone else has a better way, but this is what we did.  I created a contact form called ''Outgoing Contact''.  Within the form are items like ''Pastoral Call (Josh)'' and ''Pastoral Call (Bill)''.  With the name in parentheses ...

  • Re: Tracking other contacts

We're trying to figure this out too.  The ''contacts'' functionality seems to be aimed at ''assigning'' someone to complete a specific request or task.  We're trying to figure out how best to record an outgoing contact that is initiated from within the staff, rather than from the members or lay leadership. When I decide to send a card ...

  • Tracking other contacts

I need some clarification on what constitutes ''contact''.  Here we have been challenged to appreciate 5 people in our church each week.  This can include emailing, calling, or sending them a note.  Is this something that should be entered into F1?  Is it a contact?  Is it a note?  Or should this not be recorded in F1 ...

  • Using F1 as a connection card replacement

Not sure if this is the right location for this question, but thought I would start here. Our church is looking at doing away with a lot of the paper that is generated for gathering data from people.  Currently, we have what is called a connection card that is a tear off on our weekly bulletin.  People that are visitors or that want ...

  • Transfering a Contact to a Small Group Leader

I have read that you can transfer a contact to a small group leader even if they are not a portal user. I looked on the EUniversity and found a contact video that shows that you can link a small group RLC to a contact, but nowhere have I been able to find *how* to do this. Can anyone tell me how to link a small group to a contact ...

  • Re: Small Group Finder emails to Administrators

The best way to view Small Group Interests inside the Portal that are assigned to a Small Group (RLC) is the following: Click on the Ministry tab Change the Ministry Selection on the left to the ministry name for your Small Groups. The Contact List will be displayed in the main area of the screen. Change the ''Assigned To:'' drop down to ...

  • Contacts Report

I have been looking for a report that will give me contact items and notes by form and date range, but that also gives me the ability to see any individual attributes. For our youth ministry, I input all 1st time visitors, salvations and rededications each week and then give each of them a contact showing who is assigned to follow up with the ...

  • Re: Critical Care Contacts

There are a couple of different ways we have seen churches track these types of contacts. The option you choose will depend upon when you want the data captured. Option 1 - entering the information when the call comes in: This option is focused on workflow through the contact process vs. strict privacy of information. Create a critical care ...

  • Critical Care Contacts

Hi,  I was wondering how other churches track a ''critical'' contact, where someone calls in with an emergency situation like, ''my marriage is falling apart,''  ''I am going to kill myself,'' or ''I am going to kill someone else.''  Currently we are not tracking these types of calls in F1.  They are immediately sent to the ...
