  • Giving away bible for Contribution

    I need help. Our church is giving away a bible if you give $200.00 or more to our campaign. But by law you must show that goods or services were given for there donation. At the end of the year how can you show that the market value of the bible was taken out of their dontation.

    Does anyone use this like a Cash Receipts Journal?  It has a place for Fund Code & GL Account so I was thinking of using this report for GL entry.  What do you use if not this one???  Please help me... we just started using F1 in February and began processing deposits via the check scanner in March 2008.  Terry Lengefeld
