  • Group Email - Text based

It would be wonderful if F1 would support text-based emails.  Is this something that is on your radar?  Will happen in the near future?

  • Best Set-up for Preschool

I was hoping I could get some input both from fellow F1 users and also the admin staff about our Preschool set-up.  Currently we have the preschool children broken up into groups (ex. Turtle) by age, and then into one of two rooms per group (ex. Turtle A and Turtle B) so that the teachers are better able to teach. In the past we have broken ...

  • Re: Event Regs adds peeps to Group

Yes, you can add them to a group - but it's not automatic. I still encourage Activity Association - particularly if you want to run rosters or use Check-in or Post Attendance. This makes the activity run much smoother. If you're not taking attendance, you can skip the association. Run one of the registration reports (most of them are in the M6000 ...

  • Is there an add limit to groups?

I have a large group with over 10,000 people in it and am not able to edit it. I ran a report and was able to select temporary group output and then make it into a permanent group. I want to add a description and allow others to manage the group but I keep getting an error message. Has anyone else encountered this? My other groups are ...

  • Handling Outreach groups/teams

I would like to know how other churches manage their Outreach groups/teams.  We want to set up our outreach teams in F1 but we weren't sure if we should set them up as small groups using group manager or set them up like a serving team because most of the outreach projects are serving opportunities.  We want them to show up with a ...

  • Re: Prison Ministries

Hi Pam, There are a couple of different areas that would work for what you need. The best for your mentors is WebLink's Relationship Manager. It's a very simple tool that allows mentors to log on via your church web site and make notes about all the people they are mentoring. You can create a Group in Fellowship One of all the prayer team ...

  • Re: F1 Preparation Notice Question

Dan, For the first iteration of Groups available to churches, just think of it as a replacement of People Lists. However, it does lay a foundation for future development that I will describe in the following paragraphs.  With Fellowship One's currently funcationality, a ''group'' is formed by an individual's assignment to an ...
