  • Contact forms and Attendance

Our church uses communication cards to track attendance, get prayer requests, request information, and now sign up for upcoming events (which works GREAT by the way). I then create a contact form based on this upcoming weeks communication card (these will change every week). Is there a way to get FellowshipOne to automatically have a person that ...

  • Using F1 as a connection card replacement

Not sure if this is the right location for this question, but thought I would start here. Our church is looking at doing away with a lot of the paper that is generated for gathering data from people.  Currently, we have what is called a connection card that is a tear off on our weekly bulletin.  People that are visitors or that want ...

  • Cell Phones, Outlook and F1 Contacts

I would be interested in hearing suggestions from churches on how they keep their pastors cell phones updated with membership phone numbers & other related info. One of our pastors was going to have a secretary type all of our church members names and numbers into his cell phone. This brought up a question that I have been considering since: ...

Some examples are: Moving/Moved - we ...

  • Status Comments...best use of

My understanding of the use for status comments (basic page of an individual upper right hand corner) is to reflect the reason their status has changed.  For example: Newcomer to Attendee, Attendee to Inactive and so on.  I've also noticed that on some reports this field is a filter question....which leads me to believe that we ...

  • People Maturity Tracking

Is anyone using F1 to track an attendees spiritual maturity?  Something like different levels of maturity.  Would assigning an attribute work for this?  Is that the best/only solution?   Thanks   Mark

  • People or Objects? You Decide

So how do you view people? Will you think about it honestly or are you scared? Do you see them as someone that has the same feelings, needs, desires and rights as you or do you see them as an object to be tossed to the side?  I am all about walking through the fire of refinement so I want to explore the ugly side first, so what does it look ...
