Can F1 write the WebLink Forms to be true CSS instead of using CSS mixed with HTML (see example)?
Because you've hard-coded styles, height, width, etc, it makes editing the CSS very difficult. All of those items can be coded into one CSS file.

Shawn, I'm actually working on that right now and learning as I go. Under Admin, Contact Setup - Create a Contact Form by creating the appropriate Contact Type and adding the necessary Contact Items.
Then run report A8010 to get the Weblink Setup Codes for that form.
You can see the one I'm working on here - ...

I don't think it's that it's not persisting the url. The problem seems to be with IE not allowing cookies to be saved from within an iframe (in this case the login cookie). Any cookie from an iframe is automatically labeled ''third party'' by IE and therefore rejected. Weblink forms, etc. actually work fine in an iframe if you lower IE's ...

My small group leaders want me to ''fix it''. They can't believe that they can see the ''home phone'' on their screens, but not the mobile phones. They laugh because hardly anyone we minister to actually still has a ''home phone''. We end up putting one member of the family's mobile number as the ''home phone''. But then ...

We have a project about to begin where people are being asked to contribute a set amount ($35) to a child in a foreign country on an ongoing basis. We want to allow people to use the online giving feature for this, but want to be able to automatically populate the donation amount field.
Does anyone know if this is a ...

We started online Awana registration this summer, and it seems to be working fine from the users' end. My problem is that the form is creating TWO activity assignments. For instance, a child's participant assignment looks like this:
Schedule/Time: Awana Clubs; Form Name: Awana Registration ...

We've been using the weblink/online payment facilities of F1 to sell Sunday message CDs, our Band EP, and a few bits and pieces, but it's obviously not designed for this as you have to select your name after login before selecting your item and paying for it - rather confusing for the new user I think!
We're now ...

To make sure that you have the correct WebLink code, run report A8010 and select the appropriate Online Volunteer Application. The report will give you the correct WebLink URL. I like having the output type of this report set to PDF, so I can click on the link to test. As well, you can copy the link from the PDF file when ...

Relationships is a sadly overlooked feature in Fellowship One. It's the ability to track a mentoring, counseling, or other type of discipleship relationship between two people. The beauty of this feature is that all notes can be recorded through WebLink on your church web site (the people involved do not need to sign into Fellowship One).

You can embed the Contact Form. You cannot however, embed Event Registration forms. Use the <iframe=''WebLink URL goes here''> tag on your web page and make sure you set the height and width property accordingly.
Contact Form, Profile Editor, & Small Group Finder can all be embedded. See http://www.newlifecenter.org/ and click on The ...

The recent update that removed the $0 down payment option has really hurt us in using Weblink Forms for a couple of our ministries. We run all of our registrations through Weblink, including those that are submitted in paper form and those submitted over the phone. For the ones submitted over the phone, the parent will be sending in a ...

WebLink version 1.3.8, released this morning corrected the following issues: Corrected Issue Issue Number Event Registration: WebLink users may now select a down payment option on the cutoff date. 090402-000080 Event Registration: the maximum character length for single line text fields and multi-line text areas has ...

I have been struggling to find a report that will show who has registered for an event using online registration. It seems most reports have a FORM QUESTION requirement. If you are doing a straight registration with no questions, but you are using the SCHEDULE option, there is no report that will show you who has registered for ...

I'm having issues with this Joomla Plugin too. I've setup a generic portal user with weblink privileges and given the plugin the username and password along with the F1 Weblink church code, but it doesn't seem to work quite right. I've listed the problems I've noticed below...If the weblink username doesn't match a valid joomla username it ...

We have started developing our new site with a partner who is using Acquia Drupal. Integration with F1 is on the project planning chart, but it's a phase two project. I'll try to remember to post our experiences with this process here somewhere.

Does anyone else have any fun codes that they have written for ways
to integrate F1 with their church website? We were under the
impression that this would be easier to integrate and hoping that with
the new API coming out that we wouldn't have to put a lot of hours and
man power into creating something from scratch... Anyone have any ...

Is anyone else using the online giving/weblink in this way? We have a fund ''South Africa Outreach'' under which I created some sub funds for individuals trying to raise money to go on the trip.
Is this the best way to do this? What are other churches doing?
Thanks
Mark

When using the ProfileEditor (https://integration.fellowshipone.com/integration/profileeditor.aspx?cCode=insert encrypted church code) is there a way to hide the user account and password related sections at the bottom?
Thanks!

Hi,
Does anyone know of a report or way to pull the confirmation codes that are given to the registrant when they register online through weblinks? I know I can go to ''View Submissions'' under the weblinks tab. I am looking for a report that would give me this information for each person registered. Does anyone use these ...
