We also spend time getting to know eachother again. We just had our first "Unplugged Retreat" and it was a wonderful time of refreshment for both of us. I am in remission now - slowly but surely I allowed myself to be poisened by the toxic noise of life. I highly recommend a time of unplugging to anyone who starts to feel like they are in "survival mode".
