So what exactly makes up a company or a church’s culture? Is it some magical pixie dust that a fairy like Tinkerbelle blows in the faces of the employees to make them engaged and satisfied? Who sets the tone for the culture anyway? Does it really come from the top? And if so, is the top defined all the way from Heaven or just the corner office occupant? These are the questions I seek answers to today.
We spent our morning “All Hands” meeting today discussing what our culture is, what we want our culture to be and where our culture is going as we grow. Now, I am a little bias and I think we have a phenomenal culture but we are always striving to improve so we really want to keep our culture evolving into excellence, the type of excellence God expects.

We appreciate each person for who they are and what they bring to our organization and we look forward to the future and the value each person continues to contribute.
I love this culture and what each person brings to it! Tammy
