Can we talk?

Communication is key to every successful relationship and the relationship between Fellowship Technologies and our partner churches is no different. We are always looking for ways to improve our communication methods and open new avenues for communication with each of you. Here is a list of the many ways to get in touch with us and stay informed about the latest happenings within Fellowship Technologies, and our church management software product, Fellowship One.

Church Contacts - There is a new page called Church Contacts located under the Admin tab and Church Setup menu group. It is absolutely vital that your F1 Administrator visits the Church Contacts page and assigns three types of contacts: Fellowship One Champion, Billing, and Typical Worship Attendance (TWA). We will be using these contacts for more specific communications.

Newsletter Email List - We will be sending an information email to all Fellowship One users roughly twice per month. The newsletter will contain details on Product Updates, Best Practices, How-to Guides, Tips & Tricks, Events, and Free Training opportunities. You can maintain your subscription to this newsletter by clicking on your user name in the upper right-hand corner of Fellowship One.

Blogs - Here is a list of our blog feeds. You will likely want to subscribe to the blogs using an RSS feed reader. Watch this video which explains RSS feeds in plain English
