&lt;p&gt;Great look and feel!&lt;/p&gt;

Former Name is important because of marriages, divorces, and blended families. &amp;nbsp;These are always changing. &amp;nbsp;Tag Comment is important as we work with check-in.&lt;/p&gt;

This is inconsistent in Add Household, Add Individual, and viewing individuals.&lt;/p&gt;

Every week I must go in and update hundreds of people's information, and it is helpful for me to view it all at once. I would not want any of it hidden because it would be easy to forget about it, or in the least it would cause one extra step for each person that needs info entered... I feel that the original design is the most efficient to quickly see what you need and edit the info. &lt;/p&gt;
