Curtis - In the expanded information section, can you add below the "Last Change" item an item like "Last Change Made By: portaluserid"? Being able to see that information would be helpful when researching issues. If it is not technically possible because you do not track that last change information in the the database yet, can you consider adding it here when you do have that information?

I like the simple uncluttered look and the drop down of other information if needed. There are 2 items that we feel should always be there regardless, the date of birth and marital status. Why always? It keeps the information in our frontal lobes. If it is not there, “out of sight, out of mind.”

Great look and feel!

Add gender, Former Name, Goes By Name, and Tag Comment as priority elements. These are the first things that are the most critical for viewing individuals and determining changes that may need to made. Former Name is important because of marriages, divorces, and blended families. These are always changing. Tag Comment is important as we work with check-in.

Show all items even if blank. This is a quick view. It is easier to work quickly if everything is in the same place every time.

It is critical that the display order here, in add household, add individual, edit household, and edit individual be in the same order, i.e. Name, Gender, Marital Status, Birth Date. It is easier to see the item if it is in the same order rather than having to remember to look in a different order. This is inconsistent in Add Household, Add Individual, and viewing individuals.

Don't forget autorizations. In the current "new view" for houehold you can NOT see authorizatons, which we use for children's safety pickup. So we ahve to go to the old view. Please make sure that autohrizations are quiklcy and easily viewable under household in the 2.0 version.

I personally am happy with the way things are right now, and would be hindered by some of these new features... especially if we are completely getting rid of the old view. Every week I must go in and update hundreds of people's information, and it is helpful for me to view it all at once. I would not want any of it hidden because it would be easy to forget about it, or in the least it would cause one extra step for each person that needs info entered... I feel that the original design is the most efficient to quickly see what you need and edit the info.
