I really like this idea. I have 2 suggestions:

1. If money is still owed you have the amount in a red font, perhaps you can have the word "Paid" in a green font. It would stick out more and would give a better visual notice.

2. If a person is registered for an event it would be helpful to know when the event occurs. Perhaps we can view that date if we move the cursor over the hyperlink that leads to the form eg. the Ski Trip 2008 link.

I am loving the redesign.

Curtis - Wow, lots to comment on with this one. I agree that "Current Registrations" should be showed to users without WebLink rights. If a higher level of security is needed, and since a "Current Registration" is tied to an activity, can you only display the "Current Registration Form" to portal users that have "read" rights to the Ministry that the activity resides. (I am not saying I need that extra security level, but I am saying I would not want to grant "weblink rights" to everyone that we wanted to be able to see this information on this screen. As for the amount due or paid, I think that should be displayed for anyone that can see the "Current Registration Form". (I am not sure how that is sensative information.) As for the decision to only display "Active Registrations" (those that have not passed), I agree, you should display all of them. With the expand all button you mentioned, you can see "Past Registrations" (you might need a new section header for that or rename the existing one). As for the last five forms, that is good. Then the view all button allows access to everything. Looks great. Thanks!

For the current registrations, I definitely think making it consistant with the other changes you guys are making and having an expanded option to where you can see all of the person's registrations. I also think having the date of the event would be something good to have at the front screen.

sGilliam - To me, the difference is that there is no obvious order to put the registrations in, so I would prefer having all current visible.

Curtis - I would expect that registrations for something like a recovery class would only show up to those with rights for that ministry.

The concept is great! Easy access to registration forms and much improved over the existing methodology. If you have weblink rights and click on the form, will that take you to the existing screen that lets you edit answers / process payments?

I agree with @MarkRust and @jschneider. I haven't been a fan of the weblink/registration/form security model. Registrations are usually associated with activites that are part of ministries, but the ministry read/write security model doesn't apply. Grrr! I'm guessing that this project is designed to expose the existing functionality, so I guess we'll get an opportunity to express this again when you next update the forms module.

My peeps are going to love Hsld/Ind 2.0!

I completely agree with Mark Rust’s suggestion to limit listing of sensitive assignments such as recovery. We deal with a lot of recovery issues.

On the Household view:

When adding a new member, it would be highly beneficial to be able to add all the information per person on one page rather than just being able to type in their basic info, and then going to a separate page to type in further information. Would it be possible to have the "Add New Member" page have the same Basic Info part with a drop down menu for each added person in which you could add the more detailed info such as Occupation, Goes By, etc.

See all would be great. The confirmation code would be better suited if we clicked on the paid words then saw that the paid on the web or by check or cash, plus if partial payment was made or Sholarship was applied for this person to attend this event.

With the open column, I suggest we have a column for chilcare = paid?. Thanks, again, for all you are doing to help all of us.
