I noticed that the EDIT/DELETE and ADD ACTIVITY buttons are all missing from Super Checkin!  Was that the intent?  It was stated that it will obey the Ministry security rights but that is not true.  Please look into this as my admins all add and remove activities from the supercheck in on a daily basis.  Thank you!  Amy Yost, F1 Champion, ayost@heritagecc.org

You must have write permission to all the ministries that have an activity in the super checkin.  Having write permission to only one of the ministries that shares a super checkin does not provide you with the edit/delete or add activity functionality.

Why did you make that change?  That has a HUGE impact on our church.  We have admins adding and removing activities from super check ins on a daily basis because they know when their activites are.  For one person to track that, is alot more work.  Giving all admins every ministry area write permissions creates the potential for more errors because of the amount of drop down choices they will have.  Please consider making SUPERCHECK in codes a RIGHT instead of the change you made.

Thank you,

Hi Amy,

We are revisiting the security surrounding super checkin. Hopefully we can come up with a solution that meets your needs.

Blessings!

I agree completely with Amy's request as we have encountered the same problems. Thanks for looking into this!

I vote for a "Super Check-in Mgmt." right.  Let us assign this right to those to manage/adjust Super Check-in codes and not force us to give them "write" rights to a bunch of ministries they don't need to have full access to...
