That is a tough one. It is something we are acutely aware of at Fellowship Tech. I tell my churches all the time that F1 should reflect back to the church who this person is to the church. Their Spiritual Maturity is a big portion of that reflection. Right now there are some reports that will give you an idea of this.
That is not good enough for me or for the leadership of Fellowship Tech. We are moving towards an assimilation pipeline that is easily setup and managed in F1. We want it to be as automated as possible. Please go to the Ideas tab on the Experience site and post an Idea of what you would like for this "Assimilation Pipeline" or "Spiritual Maturity" tracking system to look like. Those ideas will become the framework for the new functionality.
