For households with children, since we do mass emails once a month, what is the best way to enter email addresses when only one of the parents has provided personal information (i.e cell and email address)?
If we enter the email and/or cell phone under the individual, when we pull out reports for "emails of households with children", many of our children are excluded because there is no email listed under their household. But if we put a parents email under the household, then when our media dept sends emails to individuals, the household email receives a mailout per each individual. How do you solve this?
