    Quickbooks and Fellowship One

Our church just recently purchased Fellowship One.  Is there an easy and efficient way to link contributions received in quickbooks to Fellowship One?

     Thanks,

    Dale

    Dale,

With the multitude of financial software packages we don't have a way of importing contributions as you mentioned in your post --  link contributions received in quickbooks to Fellowship One.  If they were first entered into QuickBooks they would have to then be entered into Fellowship One.  I'd highly recommend that you track as much of the contributions by individual/household in Fellowship One.  Then at the deposit you can track to which funds the contributions were given to.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Blessings,

    As a follow-up to Dale's question . . .

When trying to enter data into F1 out of Quickbooks from the first half of the year (prior to using F1) we are required to enter the routing number and account number.  Is there any way around this?  We do not have this information for all previous contributions, but we would like to enter this information into F1 to allow end-of-year reports to be pulled from a single system.

    Thanks!

    Seth,

You could enter them in as cash which does not require account number or routing number.  Then you could enter the check number in the memo field if necessary.
