mass Emailing to Contacts

    mass Emailing to Contacts

    Ok, I am a little stuck.  I want to be able to send a mass email to several of my new believer contacts.  Each week we get a dozen or so people who are new believers who would like information.  I want to be able to select them from my contact list and send them an email.  Unfortunately, the options seem to be- export to label or to mail merge or.  Am I stuck sending out individual emails?  Isn't there a procedure for selecting all of the contacts at once and sending out a mass email?

    One option is to use the report M1099E Contact Item and Notes By Form and Date Range and use the temporary groups output type.  now you have a list of people you can send email to.

    What do you mean by "temporary groups output"?

    There is an output type drop down and you will choose Temporary Group
