Test environment for Check In

    Test environment for Check In

    We are the VERY green church and about to embark on check in. I am curious to find out how other users who have done this implemented a good test base. In the manual, it suggests setting up activity schedules with recurrences. From what I can see this would not be an ideal appraoch but maybe I am not understanding this.

    Yes, you can create a recurrence..."every day...and give the time frame when you will do the test"...this will enable you to test with some families how check-in will work on a Sunday morning...later you just delete that recurrence   schedule. The main problem we experienced...and what slowed down the check-in process Sunday mornings was parents not remembering/ knowing their last four digits of their primary phone number....make sure your families come prepared to the check-in stations.
