    F1 Support tickets

    I'm just wondering about other users' attitudes/reactions to the F1 support process. Have your issues/suggestions been answered in a timely manner? Have you gotten resolution to your issues/suggestions or are they still pending? Is anyone still actually using 3Cords.org or is it dying a slow and agonizing death?

    Hi Rob, We're trying to make 3Cords a place where people can share ideas and build community. As employees of Fellowship Tech, we typically wait several days to see if someone will answer a post before we step in. This is outside of critical issues, of course. Our support group also works very hard, and has added headcount as of recent. Please let us know if you are not experiencing adequate care from support. Jeff
