Sounds great! Fellowship One does have the functionality to allow you to associate specific types of giftedness with different volunteer management positions and members of your congregation. After congregants have completed their assessments, there is a simple report you can print out for each individual. It shows the volunteer jobs that best match the congregants giftedness.
