    Statements

    I am having a major issue with financial statements. First, if you pledged in 2006 and not in 2007, the amount still shows up on the 2007 statement. Second, the YTD contributions under Contribution Summary doesn't equal the total given under Pledge Drive Summary. Third, when I opened a record up to enter the 2008 pledge, this amount shows up in the 2007 statement. Crazy! Has anyone else had this experience and if so, how did you resolve? Thanks

    Example:

    Contribution Summary

    1/1/07 - 12/11/2007                   2007 YTD

    Tithes Offerings        $26,400.00                            $26,400.00

     

    Pledge Drive Summary

           Total Pledged Total Given 

    Tithes/Offering         $26,4000.00 $31,600.00

    Pledges and How They Are Reflected on Statements

    Lynn-

    The Pledge Drive Summary will include contributions toward the pledge outside of the date range selected when the 'Calculation Method' is set to All Time (Pledge Start to Finish). This option shows the contributor the total amount they have pledged and the total amount that has been contributed All Time.

    If you only want the Pledge Drive Summary to include contributions toward the contributors pledge for the date range selected, use the 'Calculation Method' of To Date (Summary Date Range).
