Moving assignments for Promotion Sunday

    Moving assignments for Promotion Sunday

    Has anyone found a way to only move assignments for active participants?  We have a crowded data base.  I am two years into this position, and this is my second year of "promotion" (all the kids moving up a grade level).  When researching the move assignment area, I have 500 names of kids with assignments in one grade level. But only 200 are active.  Wish I could select assignments by RLC and status.

    I think this would be easiest done by using Move Assigments located in Ministry -> Children's Ministry (or your ministry name) -> Participants -> Move Assignments.  Here you can select who to move (or not move) and where to moved them to.

     I have been giving this some thought for our promotion Sunday and think it is how we will do it.
