How to keep track of Allergies & Special Needs

Currently we put allergies and special needs in the tag comment so it prints on participant name tags but it appears there are few other reports I can get this data on.

We are about to do VBS for 400 kids of which 91 have allergies or special needs.  The VBS director wants this on all reports (class rosters, nurse roster, snack room roster, etc.) but I can't get it to print on any of the rosters.  Cutting and pasting is a dicey game with something so critical.  Any ideas?  Is there a better place to record this kind of data?

     Thanks,

    Cindi

    cjackson,

We did VBS registration online this year and it was fantastic!  One of the questions we asked our parents as they registered was about allergies & special needs.

Then we used report M6102 to run reports of these special needs.  You can sort by any of the questions asked in your form.

I don't know if you could use this report in some way for the information you are looking for but it may be a start if you are using weblink.

     Good luck!

    Good afternoon Cindi.

M1450 (and M1450E) is one of our most customizable rosters.

"Tag Comment" is an option to be displayed on both of these versions.

    M1450:
Under the filters named 'Values for Column'

    M1450E:
Under the filter named 'Columns to Display'

    I hope this information helps!
