    Email Question

    We have several people in our database, only because their children are involved in our summer programs.  We don't see them any other time of the year.  The adult emails are on record for summer program notifications, but they don't want any other emails from the church.  Any ideas or suggestions re: how to accomplish this?

    Change their status to "SummerProgram" to really separate them from your members and participants. Or give them an attribute of "Summer Program". Anything that you can use in your query to exclude them. Then build your query to be something like "give me all attendees except those in the summer program". Watch the training videos on query builder. That should help you figure out how to do the search.
