Activity Schedule w/1 Ocurrence

    Activity Schedule w/1 Ocurrence

    I am attempting to add an activity schedule for a training session that was on day on 12/1/2007 so that I can post attendance.  I attempt to set it up and then go to post attendance and the time field never comes up.  Yes, I did set up a recurrence.   Help!!!!Angry

    Sabrina,

      I attempted to locate this entry in F1 and I can't find it with the information provided.  I only saw one recurring schedule entry tied to a start date of 12/1/2007 for your church and it didn't appear to be a training session.  My suggestion to you right now is to open a ticket so we can research this further.  We'll need the Ministry/Activity and the Schedule Name so we can investigate this fully.  Once we have that, we should be able to help you out a little more.

    Thank you for your input.  I renamed it to First Meeting and I will do that!!!
